3-4 years' experience in similar roles with successful machine design and automated project outcomes.
BS degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Proficient in Solid Works with PDM experience and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Electro/Mechanical machine functions.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with customers, suppliers, and controls engineers.
Autonomous, self-starter with practical, resourceful, and committed characteristics.
Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and create mechanical solutions for new manufacturing operations.
Generate Solid Works models, technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team.
Maintain detailed documentation to track project development.
Ensure projects are On Time, On Budget, and On Spec as the Mechanical Automation Engineer.
