XLNT is a contract carrier based in Salt Lake City, which operates flatbed equipment throughout the Continental United States; with the exception of California and the Northeast We don't run east of Pennsylvania or north of Virginia.
The majority of our freight is steel pipe for the oil and gas industry, but we also haul structural steel, plastic pipe, oversize loads, machinery, bulk products, raw materials and lumber along with many other commodities. In the past six months, only about 15% of our freight required some sort of tarping.

The XLNT Compensation Package includes the following:
Driver Pay:$0.36 Per Mile
Hourly Pay: $15.00 (in lieu of Mileage Pay when working locally in SLC area)
Tarp Pay: $35.00 Per Load (as required)
Vacation Pay: $0.01 Per Mile (accumulated from Day-One - payable after one-year)
Medical Allowance: $0.02 Per Mile (added to regular payroll after probation period)
Home Time / Quality of Life:
Two days off (home time) for every five days spent on the road.
Maximum time away from home = 14-21 days.
Most of the time you will rotate through home at least once or twice a week.
There may be weeks that you spend three or more nights at home depending on our freight opportunities.
XLNT Requires:
Minimum 25 years old.
2-years verifiable OTR experience.
Minimum 6-months Flatbed experience.
MVR which meets Insurance Guidelines.
Meet all DOT Requirements.
Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
