Responsibilities:
oReceives and Processes customer purchase orders
oEnters orders received via telephone or on a provided tablet
oEnters electronic, paper and manual orders online
oVerifies & Confirms customer orders and delivery expectations.
oQuotes prices according to uniform pricing strategy and current market pricing.
oTracks order exceptions and maintains as needed.
oSales with Preferred Customers
oDirect Customer Service with new and current customers
Teamwork: collaborates with team members
oSeeks good communication and cooperation within QCC's organization
oCoordinates all routine aspects of customer orders, requests, and inquiries
oIdentifies and uses internal resources as needed to complete tasks
oSupports team goals
oIs receptive/flexible/adaptable to change
oUnderstands, generally, about competitors and their services
Qualifications:
oCustomer service, customer solutions and/or sales experience.
oLeadership role without formal authority
oEffective decision making
oDisplays effective interpersonal & communication skills (internal/external)
oDelivers timely and accurate information to customers & internal business partners both verbally and in writing.
oAchieves mutual understanding by summarizing & reviewing agreements
oActively listens.
oDemonstrates understanding of our clients products and services
oRecognizes and responds to new/additional opportunities at existing customers
Education/Training:
oBachelors degree preferred
oCustomer Service experience preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
